I recently purchased a panasonic camcorder that records to SDHC. Which SDHC Card should I buy??

I know there are different storage and transfer speed capacities, but are there other factors I should take into account? I found a 4gb class 6 Panasonic card for close to $150 and a 8gb class 6 Transcend card for $60. What gives?? I'm trying to determine the cutoff of where greater transfer speed will not benefit the camcorder (Panasonic HDC-SD5). thanks!

1. what ever card you get make sure it is high speed if you are going to be using it for putting video on it. i believe you can get a 4GB ultra II card for around 89.99
