I have a panasonic camcorder and the tape keeps jamming, when i opened the camcorder to remove tape, it's hard

Whenever I try to videotape something, the power light flashes and won't record, then shuts off. When I try to remove tape, it's hard to remove cassette since tape is wrapped around one of the spindle. What can be done?

1. There is something wrong with your camcorder. Don't try to fix it yourself, or it will get worsened. Send it to Panasonic service centre. Let expert to do it
