Question about panasonic camcorder and format?

Hey guys, I have a panasonic camcorder, SDR-S26 to be exact and I was wondering if I can change the format of the camera from NTSC to PAL. PLEASE HELP!

1. You can buy this camera in either NTSC or PAL version, but you can't switch formats.
