I have a Panasonic camcorder and it'll upload but the audio isn't working. How to fix it?

I have a Panasonic and it'll upload the video and everything. However, the audio doesn't seem to be working. How do I get it to work? I'm using a USB cable.

1. That's your problem right there using the USB cable. I have a Panasonic. Unless you have one of the new fangle camcorders with only has a USB port and not a Firewire card, you need to use the Firewire port. End of story.

2. Your computer needs a firewire connection, which means a firewire card installed in your computer and a firewire cord to connect your camera to your PC.
