Considering two compact digital cameras: Panasonic Lumix FS11 or FX60. Which should I buy?

I had an FX8 and loved how portable it was. Now I want to upgrade and these two have caught my eye as a perfect replacement. The FX60 is ever so slightly smaller but 12MP as opposed to the FS11's 14MP. Which would you go for and why? Thanks for any knowledgeable answers!
