Canon DIGITAL cameras that record HD Videos along with great images ?

I'm looking to buy a camera that could record good videos, for YouTube. Mainly for sound quality. I'm also not going to get a microphone or anything like that instead.

Any suggestions? By the way, I'm looking to find a small digital one, not those huge ones with big lenses (sorry I do not know what those kinds of cameras are called.)
