PMB software for sony camcorders question?

i just installed PBM on my computer and hooked my sony camcorder handycam up. the software only lets me upload youtube vids up to 1:08 min. if anybody knows how to extend the amount of video time that can be uploaded on to youtube say like 8:56 min. please tell directions thank you much!
