Sony vs Panasonic camcorders which one?

Which one would you pick or have or think is the best

I'm a big time Sony Fan

1. I have mostly Sony stuff eg, bluray, av amplifier, but for camcorder in my opinion Panasonic gives you more for the buck. Comparing similar models of each brand, Panasonic delivers at hundreds less. But try both for yourself/

2. These days, I'd have to give the nod to Panasonic. Sony's days as an innovative, creative enterprise are past. Worse still, their quality has dropped greatly. The last 4 Sony products I've bought (Camera, Camcorder, DVD Players) have all crapped out for one design defect or another within 1 year. Warranty service is a joke. I've moved on. For innovation, buy Samsung or Apple. for reliability, buy Panasonic.
