1. Probably go to the Panasonic website and look there. I found a user guide for a dryer that way (not that brand) and was able to download it.

2. Many Panasonic manuals can be downloaded from http://service.us.panasonic.com/operman/. Not this apparently, so you may have to call them (800-833-9626) and order one from their parts center.
