What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Samsung WB5000 or the Panasonic FZ28 Digital Camera?

I want to buy one of these two DSLRs and I am struggling to choose between them. From what I have seen, the Samsung looks nicer and the menus seem more friendly, but the Panasonic is better quality. I'm not bothered about the price difference.
Anyone who has either of these cameras, what are the good and bad points?
Thanks :)
I did know that they are Bridge cameras and not actually DSLRs, I just wasn't thinking when I typed that!

1. Those aren't DLSR's. They are bridge cameras. The lenses on those can't be removed.
I would choose the Panasonic over the Samsung. The FZ28 was replaced by the FZ35. The FZ35 is cheaper than the FZ28.

Panasonic FZ35- http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/639338-REG/Panasonic_DMC_FZ35K_Lumix_DMC_FZ35_Digital_Camera.html

2. Neither are SLRs, they're not even real bridge cameras. Just superzoom cameras.

Samsung has a major disadvantage of being a Samsung

Panasonics are generally quite good quality, and the Leica lens is better than the Schneider lens on the samsung.

3. Firstly even though you have said they are Bridge cameras.

As far as i know they both do HD video recording have big zoom range. Go to your local camera shop ask for a demo. These are in a Battle, like the Samsung WB500- Panasonic TZ7
