1. You'll need to set it into still picture mode, and add some solid-state memory (whatever your camera takes...Compact Flash, Secure Digital, Memory Stick, etc).

2. For very good photographs (as in ones you can make good prints of), you really can't. They aren't capable of high enough resolution.

3. You can't...you do not have enough mexipixels on a camcorder for a real good pic.

4. What is the spec for "very good pictures"? Recommend you use a tripod, that's about the only way I could figure

5. you cant, film is the best for very good pics, there is no digital camera anywhere better than real film.
