When are the 1080p camcorders going to come out?

Sony and Canon have 1080i/720p camcorders on the market, but I have yet to find any 1080p format camcorders.

1. I have a new Canon HDV and it's incredble. It's a true HD camcorder with 1920 x 1080 image capture.

I bought it outside of the US, but it should be here by now. If you are in the market for one, I highly recommend the HDV.

2. the guy above is wrong. his camera is 1080i like all other hdv cameras. not sure when 1080p is coming.

3. Ignore Juston B and listen to Dr Brian, I've been doin research on the Canon HDV and it's the real deal.

It's on my Christmas list and as soon as the old lady or I wins the lottery, I'm getting it!
